Shipping Information for your new Coral Sea Hot Tub Spa.:.

We are offering you a Custom Made Hot Tub, it is to be considered a special order item. The construction time for your spa is between 2-6 weeks ( all times states are estimates- Delays in manufacturing are not included in these estimates) depending on the season of your order, your unique customized selections, and the model you have chosen.

Delivery is curbside and will be by appointment. If you require further assistance with the placement of your spa "we can help", simply call us anytime to request a quote for your residential or business location.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico delivery is $799 to ALL other states delivery is FREE. If you would like to arrange delivery for your spa please call us anytime.

Return/Cancellation Policy for your Spaaas.com Order

No Returns are accepted for any reason.A 25% fee will be collected for un-authorized returns and cancelled orders.

Payment Policy:

At the time your order is placed you will only be charged $200.00 (unless multiple cards were presented )and this payment will constitute a deposit for your New Coral Sea Hot Tub. If you are completely satisfied with your order we will bill the remaining balance just before shipping out your spa to insure maximum satisfaction with all aspects of your online order from Spaaas.com
